Well, this will be my last post for the UIAA as the semester is done and I've graduated. However, I will still be blogging occassionally, so if you'd like you can still read my blog at http://uiaapowers.blogspot.com.
Graduation was great this weekend. I had a good time time my family, Tom and his family. On Sunday Tom, my dad, and I made the loooooong (11 hour) drive down to Dodge City, Kansas with a 6' X 12' trailer full of my belongings. Today was spent unpacking and buying a few things that were needed so that all of my stuff could fit in our place along with Tom's. So, our garage will now have a few things hanging from the walls, but it will all work out.
It's crazy to think that in just 56 hours I have graduated from college, left Iowa City permanently, and moved all of my stuff to a brand new city. I'm going home for two weeks to close bank accounts, settle insurance matters, etc., etc. and then I'm coming back down to Dodge City, permanently.
It should all be tons of fun!
